When Natalie’s marketing assistant reached out, she originally asked for a landing page design for Natalies signature program, The Anchored Woman Immersion. The existing page wasn’t capturing the emotional depth, therapeutic grounding, or sacred intention behind her work. After completing the landing page, something became clear: the brand needed a full transformation. Natalie loved the new direction so much that we expanded the project into a full website redesign — a calm, grounded, approachable digital home for a psychologist, healer, and guide supporting women through profound inner transitions. What began as a single page blossomed into a full Squarespace Website for a Wellness Coach.

Background: A Therapeutic Brand Needed a Digital Sanctuary

Natalie is a registered psychologist, somatic therapist, writer, and founder of Innate Wisdom — a platform dedicated to helping women return to safety, steadiness, and inner truth.

But her existing website didn’t reflect:

• the therapeutic depth of her work
• the emotional safety her programs cultivate
• the sacredness of the Anchored Woman journey
• her unique blend of psychology, spirituality, and somatics

She needed a website that felt:

• calm, grounded, and safe
• emotionally supportive
• visually distinct without being overwhelming
• aligned with trauma-informed design principles
• capable of holding long-form educational content

The design had to communicate what her words already carried:
soft power, depth, and steady presence.

The Challenge of Designing a Squarespace Website for a Wellness Coach

Wellness websites often fall into one of two extremes:

• clinical and cold, or
• overly soft, pastel, and spiritual cliché

Natalie’s brand needed to transcend both.

The challenge was to design a space that:

• feels therapeutic, not trendy
• bridges psychology and spirituality with integrity
• guides women through a high-touch program with clarity
• communicates safety, steadiness, and warmth
• stays grounded while still feeling elevated and beautiful

And because her work touches emotional vulnerability, the UX needed to be exceptionally gentle and intuitive.

Strategic Approach: Calm, Grounded, Approachable Design

After the initial landing page success, we expanded into a site-wide redesign — focused on creating a cohesive visual identity and a deeply supportive user experience.

1. A New Visual Direction (Fonts, Colors & Elevated Aesthetics)

I redesigned the full visual system to bring the brand into alignment with its essence:

• a warm, grounded color palette
• typography that feels steady, confident, and clear
• subtle decorative elements to create visual identity
• soft textures and organic lines to evoke safety and inner connection

The palette and type system were intentionally chosen to make visitors exhale — to feel like they’ve entered a sanctuary.

2. Gentle, Trauma-Informed UX Flow

The program includes emotional processing, somatic sensing, and deep psychological work.
The UX needed to:

• reduce overwhelm
• guide users step by step
• hold space for long-form content
• maintain clarity through a layered, complex offer

I simplified navigation and created a layout structure that encourages slow exploration, reflection, and ease.

3. A Cohesive Redesign Beyond the Initial Landing Page

What began as a single sales page expanded because the transformation spoke for itself.

The full redesign included:

• Homepage
• Anchored Woman Immersion page
• About page

The new design brought cohesion to the entire brand ecosystem.

4. Squarespace Implementation

The full website was designed and implemented by me on Squarespace — ensuring that:

• the visuals rendered beautifully
• animations and transitions felt soft and grounded
• the site remained easy for Natalie to update
• the UX was mobile-optimized and accessible

Squarespace became the perfect foundation for a therapeutic, content-rich program.

The new Innate Wisdom website:

• reflects the emotional depth and grounded presence of Natalie’s work
• positions her as a trusted, experienced psychologist and guide
• creates a calm and inviting container for women on a healing journey
